Well what a weekend it's been! Salvador (Holland) and Candy (Norway) have both been to shows this weekend and what fabulous results they have both had! Salvador took the Birman show by storm with a BIS, against tough competion. At her 1st show, Candy made a BIG impression on judge Karina Bjuran who NOMINATED, on Saturday. She was paraded around for all to see! Both kittens had wonderful results and "Excellent" in all aspects on their cards.
Tiffany is doing very nicely with Rita and family, in Oslo. She's full of fun and mischief and now has a playmate, "Kate", a Seal Tabby Point Birman.
What more could I ask for?

LOUIS: Had a birthday, 4 years old today. Happy Birthday, my bundle of love. He attended the Verak show with super results, CAPS x 2 and Nomination on Saturday. Well done Louis!

Glamour Puss Pretty Paparazza, better known as "Tiffany" will soon be leaving the cattery to go and live with Rita Husebæk and family, Oslo. She will not be an "only chlid" as she will be joined shortly by little birman friend. 

Sibling news:
Sister, Glamour Puss Eye Candy, who lives with Elisabeth Paulsen and family in Kongsberg, is doing very well, having learned to use a harness when out walking. Candy will also be making her show debut  at, VERAK, Tønsberg in September, so watch this space for further news :-)

Brother, Glamour Puss Salvador Exquisito, Salvador, has settled  very nicely into his new home in Rotterdam with Ciska Mark and her Birmans. He is somewhat of a little villian, I'm told and gets up to a lot of mischief at home! He will also be making his show debut in 3 weeks time and other shows are planed, so more new later to follow!

Our Chocolate Point girl, Eye Candy has gone to her new home in Kongsberg. Thank you, Sindre, Elisabeth and Svein for taking care of this precious girl :-). She's a lucky kitten to be living with you and we'll be looking forward hear of her progress in your care.

Today I have had a visit from Ciska Mark and friend Jeannette, they came to collect my Seal tabby boy. We are proud to announce that Salvador Exquisito will be living with Ciska, of St. Agatha's Cattery, Rotterdam, Netherland. Visit www.sint-agatha.nl. He will be at stud when he is mature enough. It was very sad to say goodbye to him, but he is a lucky boy to be living with Ciska in a beautiful home with lots of friends! We wish Salvador all the best in his new life and I know he will be very happy there. :-)

The kittens are 11 weeks old and developing well, extremely playful and full of energy! The Glamour Puss kittens have been registered with the names: "Eye Candy", we call her Candy, Salvador Exquisito (Salvador) and "Pretty Papparazza", that's Tiffany! 

Early in Spring 2010, Eleanor Rose (first mating 14 months old) was mated with IC DK* Nuance's Wild Spirit, owned by Turid Botten, of Ontario cattery. Following a successful mating Eleanor gave birth to 5 well formed kittens, on the 1st May. However, after 24 hrs two kitten had died. The vet found no apparent reason. The remaining kittens are thriving and Eleanor har taken to motherhood like a duck to water, so to speak!

There are plans underway to mate Celeste this Autumn with EC Cabochon von Achor *CH, SBI a.
Cabochon is from Swiss lines, a pure blue point who is owned by Stine Ødegård of Konsmo. He  has produced some fine kittens and has a wonderful character.

Eleanor Rose attended her first show 2nd & 3rd May and achieved super results! She got EX1 both days, was nominated to Best in Show panel on day one, then took Best in Variant Total (Adults & Junior) the second day.

Meow, meow!! Celeste has given birth to a little girl kitten, most  likely colour Seal Point. See KITTENS page for full details :-)

Madelaine arrives home from Australia. The whole family is looking forward to having Madelaine home for some months. We welcome her boyfriend Daniel to our home and hope he enjoys his stay in Norway. It will be a special Christmas for us all! :-)

We are expecting kittens approx. 23rd January. Celeste has been mated with S Bonsai's Good Luck Charm, "Choco". Owner: Turid Botten, Of Ontario Cattery.

The cats and I have been to the Scandinavian Winner Show.
Louis had excellent results, being given his 5th CAGPIB and was NOMINATED to the Best in Show panel, by judge G. Mantovani’s, as Best Male Neuter. A great achievement, since the competition was hard.

We ran the promotional stand for the Norwegian Birman Club and had lots of fun, meeting many nice catty-people!
